Salibury Cathedral, cloisters

LLL has developed an installation for the cloisters of Salisbury Cathedral featuring the writings of prisoners developed in workshops at HMP Erlestoke in Wiltshire. The short texts, shown alongside images of prisoners' tattoos by Lewes photographer Willie Robb, is launched in a special event at Salisbury Cathedral for World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 10 October. The installation - consisting of two panelled towers featuring text and images - was developed by LLL Productions in partnership with Salisbury Cathedral Learning & Outreach team and is linked to the Penned Up festival at Erlestoke Prison held in March 2017. The installation is in place from 7 October - 5 November.

Penned Up at Erlestoke
