ZONES OF AVOIDANCE

Weds 29 October, 7.45pm: All Saints Centre, Lewes

ZONES OF AVOIDANCE

First performance in Sussex of Zones of Avoidance, winner of The Ted Hughes Award for New Work in Poetry. Written and performed by Maggie Sawkins, directed by LLL's Mark Hewitt with video sequences by Abbie Norris. First performance in Sussex.

"This is an ambitious multimedia presentation using film, voices and sound, which works exceptionally well. It is a challenging, painfully open account of a daughter’s addiction, yet it’s an account which also offers graceful good humour." - Denise Riley (for the judges of The Ted Hughes Award)
